Personal data processing policy.

This policy describes how Arca Tech S.A.S., the company behind Histeva, collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data you voluntarily provide on this site, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and related regulations.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is Arca Tech S.A.S., a company incorporated in Colombia with tax ID (NIT) 901.378.148-2, owner of the Omneri and Histeva brands, with its registered address at Cra. 7 # 20, Neiva, Huila, Colombia.

Data we collect
Through the demo request form we collect your work email address and your consent to the processing. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we also process any data you choose to include in the message.
With the form we also store technical information about the origin of the visit (landing page, referring site and campaign parameters) to learn which channel brought you to us.
We do not collect sensitive data as defined in article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012, patient data or clinical information through this website.

Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people browse it and which content is useful. The tool sets cookies and collects pages visited, time on page, device type, browser and approximate location derived from the IP address.
This information is processed in aggregate and is not combined with the data submitted through the form. Google acts as a data processor and may transfer the information to servers outside Colombia.
You can prevent this collection through your browser cookie settings or with the opt-out add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Purpose of processing
The data is processed only to: (i) respond to your Histeva demo request and contact you; (ii) prepare and send commercial proposals; and (iii) handle requests, complaints and claims.
We do not transfer, sell or share this data with third parties for commercial purposes. The customer relationship management tool we use to record requests acts as a data processor.

Your rights
Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to know, update and correct your data; request proof of the consent you gave; be informed about how it has been used; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombia's data protection authority); withdraw your consent and request deletion where applicable; and access your data free of charge.

How to exercise your rights
Write to alejandro@omneri.co, call +57 312 405 7875 or send a written request to Cra. 7 # 20, Neiva, Huila, Colombia, stating your full name, the right you want to exercise and the contact details for our reply.
Inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day after they are received, as set out in articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.

Data retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, after that, for the applicable legal periods. When you request deletion and there is no legal duty to keep it, we remove it from our systems.

Information security
We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or fraudulent use, in line with the security principle in article 4, item g, of Law 1581 of 2012.

Effective date and changes
This policy is effective as of October 12, 2026. Any material change will be published on this site before it takes effect.
